Review, How to Use, Price, Buy Online Khadi Neem Herbal Face Pack

By Contributor: Rini

Ever since I began having pimples, I have tried many well known natural remedies to treat them. Aloe vera, neem, tulsi, turmeric, mint, basil, honey, sandalwood, and what not! Some worked to some extent while others did not show any visible difference. At one time, I got really bored and felt lazy to collect and crush these herbs or spices and prepare paste. So, I began looking for some ready-made alternatives. Khadi is a trusted herbal brand and this brand has got tonnes of herbal face packs. Among stakes of variants like neem & tulsi, lemon, sandalwood, neem, fruit face packs, I decided to purchase the neem variant. Let’review and see how Khadi Neem Herbal Face Pack fairs.

Khadi Claims: Khadi neem face pack will help your skin get rid of the daily build up of toxins underneath your skin and at the same get rid of bacteria, germs and dirt embedded in your skin to give it a healthy glow.

Key ingredients: Fuller’s earth, neem oil, tulsi oil, lodhra, tea tree oil

My Review:

Khadi neem face pack comes in a tin container with the brand name and other details printed all over. The lid of the tin container is easy to open. After opening the tin lid, we find a small, neatly sealed polyethene or plastic pouch, which contains the face pack. The tin container is very useful in storing the face pack. There are no directions mentioned on the pack regarding the usage of the face pack. We can mix it with milk or rose water and use it.

Khadi neem pack is light brown in color, somewhat like the color of multani mitti or fuller’s earth. Not only the color, the texture of the neem face pack is also very fine and smooth like multani mitti. Khadi face pack smells like a blend of tulsi and tea tree oil. No smell of neem. Not at all!

Though fuller’s earth, tulsi oil and tea tree oil are key ingredients in this face pack, I expected atleast some traces of neem. I take around 1-2 tsp. of neem face pack and mix it with the appropriate quantity of rose water. The face pack gets properly mixed with rose water and forms a smooth paste. But, on application, we can feel that the paste is slightly grainy. But this is okay as the few small grains provide mild exfoliation while washing off the pack. The tea-tree-oil-tulsi-smell becomes strong when the pack is made a paste and some people may not be able to tolerate the smell. But I do not feel any problem.

Khadi face pack dries up in 15-20 minutes, after which I wash it off with plain water. The face pack comes off without any hassle and leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean. My face feels soft and super clean. Though there are no effects on pimple marks, it is a nice soothing face pack and cleanses the skin pretty nicely. I can see no effect on my pimples but the appearance rate of new pimples seems to slow down a bit. And for the glow part, I do not see any noticeable glow on my face after using the face pack. Khadi neem face pack does not dry out my skin and my face stays matte for 3-4 hours. With regular usage, I can see some reduction in the oil secretion rate of my skin.

  5. I have been browsing online more than three hours these days,
but I by no means discovered any interesting article like yours.
It’s lovely value enough for me. In my opinion, if all webmasters and
bloggers made just right content material as you probably
did, the internet will probably be much more useful than ever before.
