Hope you liked my swatch post on these newly launched l’oreal infallible lipsticks as much as I did making it. I had asked which shade out of the 6 you guys wanna see reviewed first and I got Forever Fuchsia with the maximum likes. So here goes! My Review:

I adore this new packaging of the infallible le rouge range. These come in such smart  color-coded sleek tubes with l’oreal embossed on them. I wish the color tones were more particular though. I can hardly differentiate between very similar shades.

The texture is a delight for the season. Smart move l’oreal! These are creamy, rich and hydrating in texture- the right balance of pigment and richness I mean..not the slippery-slip creamy, neither the woody hard matte. The lipstick applies easily and evenly on dry lips even without a balm and does not flake or emphasize my lip flaws.

The pigmentation is great as I have already told you in the last post when I was swatching! I need a couple of swipes to fully cover my lip color and get full-impact bullet color on lips.

The shade Loreal forever fuchsia is the next best seller I can feel already with its full impact bright gorgeous fuchsia color. This fuchsia is quite wearable though, does not lean towards blue that much ensuring that any complexion can rock this shade! It instantly brightens up my face.

The staying power is awesome as well and refuses to fade before a good 5+ hours and leaves behind a stubborn stain behind as it fades. I couldn’t get the stains of the swatches off my arm 2 days in a row. It has a faint fragrance which smells of nothing in particular and fades in moments.

The pros of L’Oreal Paris Infallible Le Rouge Lipstick Forever Fuchsia:

• The new smart color-coded packaging of the range
• The creamy comforting texture which applies smoothly even on dry lips
• Does not emphasize lip flaws or dry lips out
• Pigmentation is top-notch and only a couple of swipes is enough.
• The shades forever fuchsia is a very eye popping gorgeous fuchsia shade which is going to be very popular
• Awesome staying power

The cons of L’Oreal Paris Infallible Lipstick Forever Fuchsia:

• Too pricey! What is l’oreal thinking of!

Do I recommend? L’oreal Forever Fuchsia ticks every right box except for the price. And everybody is going to pelter me with punches if I dare to recommend a drugstore lipstick in this price range. So I leave you to your own decision. The shade and texture is pretty awesome really but there is always MAC Girl About Town.
