Garnier shampoos never really attracted me no matter how tempting the advertisements be. This time the Parineeti Chopra ad jingle “garnier has changed” got to me and I thought why not give this another try. The neon orange yellow packaging looks really cute and I recently bought it..and garnier is changed! Garnier Claims: Nourish your dry and damaged hair with Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Shampoo. It is enriched with the goodness of three nourishing oils of olive, coconut and almond. Enriched with the goodness of Olive , Almond & Coconut Oils and fruit vitamins, Triple Nutrition Range nourishes and strengthens* hair from scalp, through lengths to tips, leaving hair strong, nourished, shiny and manageable.
It comes in a bright yellow bottle with a flip top cap. The shampoo is slightly runny and foams well. Cleans my hair nicely and removes all the grease and dirt. It does what you expect from a good shampoo with an added bonus of sweet fragrance which stays for days! I love smelling my hair after using this range.

Garnier Claims: Detangle and smoothen your hair with Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Conditioner. This is infused with the goodness of three nourishing oils of olive, coconut and almond. The Vitamin E from these oils helps moisturise the scalp and get rid of the dryness. A new conditioning formula with an exquisite fragrance which extremely easily detangles your hair. Formula with a combination of oils and fruit vitamins nourishes and strengthens hair from scalp through lengths to tips. The first conditioner from Garnier Fructis that can be applied on scalp.
The conditioner comes in a similar neon yellow bottle like the shampoo. The consistency is thick and you need a small amount of it for every wash. It instantly makes my hair soft and smooth and I love how it controls the frizz. Makes my hair super soft and manageable.
What I love about Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Conditioner and Shampoo:
- Makes my hair soft and smooth
- Smells of cherries. It stays on my hair for 1-2 days easily.
- Attractive neon yellow packaging
- Budget friendly
- Foams nicely
What I don’t like about Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Shampoo and Conditioner:
- Doesn’t do much with split ends but then it dosn’t claim that either so its not really a con but something I would have like it to do.
