Maybelline Pink Alert Lipstick POW 4 Review

Pink pink pink!! Pink is in the air. Pink drives me crazy, not because pink is every girls favorite but pink is hot! Bows and pinks are my favorites. And when I came to know that Maybelline has launched the Pink Alert range, I immediately ordered POW2 and POW4 from Nykaa. How could I not buy them and do injustice to them. But this Nykaa (uuurrrggghhh) I just hate them. It took 1 week for delivering the lipsticks. They were OOS and still they took my order and made me wait. Anyway today’s review and swatches are on POW4.
POW 4 is a warm coral pink shade. And undoubtedly one of the best coral lipsticks in India. And it is highly pigmented one- two swipes are all you need to get full coverage. And this is the best coral pink lipstick in my lipstick collection. And it is affordable too.
I just the love the texture of the lipstick. It glides on so smoothly and has a creamy texture which makes it easy to apply, and the best part is that it does not bleed. It moisturizes my lips well too with a bit of glossy effect that I completely love. It has this high shine which lipglosses tend to give but you can dab it off if you don’t like the glossy effect. Now talking about the staying power.. ooo lallaaa I myself could not believe that this can stay upto 5-6 hours on my lips and leave behind a beautiful pink tint that I love. Overall I am very impressed with this new launch.
When i came back home I was so excited to find it lying on my table. I did not remove the PINK ALERT sticker as it gives it a unique identity. The label is not printed on the cap but it infact is a sticker.

Recommendation: Maybelline Pink Alert Lipstick POW 4 is a bright warm coral pink shade. All you beautiful ladies out there its time to grab it out of these 4 mind boggling pink colors. I have already purchased POW2 and POW4 and eyeing POW3 too. Lemme tell you I just love pinks, bows and kittens!
